So, I've been keeping up with Bleach for a good time now. I've seen its fair share of powerups. For the most part they make sense. Ichigo's mask works, even the hollow stuff recently. That was just the mask fully taking over. Kenny using his second hand to rape? It fits with his whole "holding back" thing. Secondary forms for Espada and Arrancar's are a little BS, but it at least gives us something cool and interesting to look at.

But Yami? OH MY GOD. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

"HURR, YOU KNOW ALL THAT STUFF ABOUT NUMBERS MEANING ANYTHING? YEAH, I'M GONNA EAT AND SLEEP, AND THEN MY NUMBER CHANGES."

This was the first moment in Bleach where I have actively, and out loud, called bullshit.

At the very least, it means we get more Chad kicking ass. But we have to sit through another Toshiro fight. Which sucks. A lot.
